FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to steering transfer mechanisms. Proposed flow amplifier consists of housing accommodating hydraulic control valve comprises, pressure, drain cylinder and control lines. Said control valve includes two identical amplifying continuous-action three-way spools communicated with control line by one end and provided with four flow restrictors regulated along spool way. Inlets and outlets of flow restrictors are closed in idle position. In first working position, inlet of the first of said flow restrictors is communicated with one of control lines while its outlet is communicated with one of cylinder lines. Inlet of second flow restrictor is communicated with outlet of third flow restrictor and spool opposite face while outlet of second flow restrictor is communicated with one of cylinder lines. Inlet of third flow restrictor communicates with pressure line, while inlet and outlet of the fourth flow restrictors are closed. In second working position, first flow restrictor inlet communicates with one of cylinder lines while its outlet communicates with one of control lines and one end of spool. Inlet of second flow restrictor communicates with the same cylinder line while its outlet is communicated with opposite end of spool and inlet of fourth flow restrictor, outlet of the latter being communicated with drain line. Third flow restrictor inlet and outlet are closed. Flow amplifier incorporates two auxiliary lines with uncontrolled correcting flow restrictors communicating control lines from priority vale with appropriate cylinder lines.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of operation at low rpm of priority valve shaft.
