SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting-and-conveying machinery, particularly, to hydraulic truck cranes. Proposed device comprises chassis bearing frame to support rotary platform with cantilever section, platform turn drive, counterweight, cargo lifting mechanism, and counterweight cross beam mounted on chassis frame to turn thereon. Cross beam turn drive is made up of a hydraulic cylinder. Platform cantilever section is made up of a plate with pockets. Aforesaid counterweight is furnished with lugs to be aligned with platform pockets and be secured therein.

EFFECT: simple servicing, higher reliability and strength of structural elements in motion.
