FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: in connection assembly of compression element, which includes the thin-wall element end overlapped with the wall on gusset plate, intermediate and fastening elements, the intermediate element is made in the form of clamp from steel plate installed against the edge of the wall of thin-wall element. Self-drilling screws are used as fastening elements.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing the labour intensity of connection and increasing load-carrying capacity.
