FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in lowering device consisting of assembled mandrel and expander into well on drill tool, in orientation of shutter for interval of installation, in creation of excessive hydraulic pressure in system for shutter expansion till its fixation in well, in disconnection of tool from shutter and in final mechanical expansion of shutter at progressive and rotating motion of tool. Also, for final expansion of the shutter there is used successively the expander imparting rotating-progressive motion to the tool at expansion of cylinder sections and the mandrel imparting progressive motion to the tool for calibration of profile sections of the shutter in the mandrel.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of insulation of trouble zones, saving resources owing to increased service life of equipment and reduced time for installation.
