FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: electrical machine includes rotor, stator with underslot and radial ventilation channels. As per the design of distance pieces the radial channels are divided into two types; in the channels of one type there installed are distance pieces shutting off the inlet of cooling flow to underslot channels along their perimetre, and in channels of the other type - on the side of the space between the housing and back of stator; at that, sets of channels of each type form ventilation zones alternating in axial direction, at the boundaries of which there installed in the gap are annular dividing partitions, and in the rotor there made are ventilation channels each of which is interconnected with the above ventilation zones. As per the second version, radial ventilation channels closed on the side of the gap alternate in axial direction with radial ventilation channels opened into the gap and divided as per the design of distance pieces into two types.

EFFECT: effective cooling of all active parts of electrical machine at simultaneous provision of possibility of increasing its unit capacity and maintaining the simplicity of the design.
