FIELD: packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method to make a valve bag consists in the fact that a wall is folded into creases as a sleeve and closed. Therefore a cross bottom is produced with side creases and bottom valves. Besides, a valve sheet closed into a valve tube and equipped with a welded coating is inserted into a valve hole formed by folding bottom valves, and is glued with bottom valves. Besides, the welded coating is applied onto the valve sheet by printing in the form of a strip, the area of which occupies less than a half of the valve sheet area. The invention also relates to a valve bag manufactured by the above specified method.
EFFECT: development of a valve bag, which is simpler to manufacture, and in manufacturing of which material saving is provided.
