SUBSTANCE: proposed crossarm comprises load bearing lengthwise beam with electromagnets fitted thereon. Cargo safety device comprises crosswise beams secured to ends of said lengthwise bearing beam. Said crosswise beams are provided with guides wherein guide tubes are fitted to move therein. Beam displacement in said guides allow adjusting crossarm sizes to those of cargo to be hauled. Tube with fixed hook arranged on its lower end in fitted in guide tubes to turn bout its axis and translate there along.
