ELECTROMAGNETS WITH ELECTRICAL PERMANENT MAGNETIC GRIPPERS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B66C1/04

Abstract RU 2582742 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic tooling, in particular, to hoisting devices and can be used for lifting and transfer of large-size and long cargoes. Electromagnets with electrically constant magnetic grippers comprises main bearing lengthwise beam secured perpendicular to bearing lengthwise beam cross beams with guides, which are installed with capability of moving crosswise beams. Each of transverse beams is equipped with at least two electrically constant magnetic grippers arranged to move along crosswise beams, as well as rotation by 90 degrees. Each electrically constant magnetic gripper is made in form of unit equipped with housing in form of rectangular parallelepiped with open lower part, in which bipolar N-S magnetic modules are located. Four sides of said modules on sides of permanent magnets are fixed, and vertices of poles of electrically constant magnetic modules are equipped with controlled permanent magnets arranged inside electric coils, through which magnets are changing their polarity of N/S, along their vertical axis. Permanent magnets in modules are arranged so that their output poles are arranged in two rows along long sides of rectangular cross section of block body, and each module with permanent magnets of same polarity N or S and their tops poles opposite polarity of N-S is separated from each other by means of vertical rectangular partitions made from ferromagnetic material, preventing dissipation of magnetic field in horizontal direction.

EFFECT: higher power of device due to changing the structure of electrically constant magnetic grippers in magnetic crossbar promoting improvement of gripping force by reducing scattering of magnetic flux generated by magnetic fields modules grips.
