FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is directed to removal of bubbles from moulded item without intense overheat at moulding. Polymer material is made of composition containing solid particles of poly-ethylene or copolymer of ethylene and liquid or solid processing additive at amount from 0.05 to 1 % of total weight of polymer material. As a processing additive there is used chemical composition having temperature of melting 30-40°C below temperature of polymer material melting or boiling temperature 30-40°C higher, than maximal temperature of polymer material moulding. The additive contains at least one polyol and a reacting component. The reacting component is chosen from a group including at least one monobasic or multi-basic carbonic acid and/or at least one anhydride of said acid, or boron oxide, of boric acid.
EFFECT: improved process of hot moulding of polyethylene powders or on base of copolymer of ethylene.
