FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of concretes and ceramic mixes as well as to methods for manufacturing products rapidly hardening soon after molding. Inorganic bond contains chemically active magnesium oxide or hydroxide, acetic acid, and a salt, namely magnesium acetate, indicated acid and its anion forming magnesium acetate constituting 15 to 66.6%, preferably 15-50%. Mix containing this inorganic bond further contains at least one type of filler, the latter constituting from 30 to 99.5% on the total weight of mix, and also manganese oxide and/or salt in amount from 0.01 to 10% on the weight of mix. Filler is a fine powder, e.g. natural and/or artificial puzzolanes. Manufacture of products from the above-indicated mix comprises stirring thereof, moistening of components to achieve desired viscosity, and plastic molding of products at 60 to 105оС maintaining intensive vaporization of water from the surface of product.
EFFECT: increased viscosity of bond, increased plasticity and strength of mix, and improved sintering of ceramic products.
