Abstract RU 2437969 C1

FIELD: textile, paper.

SUBSTANCE: condensing funnel for textile machines is made in the form of a hollow curvilinear truncated cone, having an inlet and an outlet round holes and a flange at the side of the inlet hole. The end of the outlet hole is divided into parts of a slot. At the outer side of the wall there are grooves provided as cut with slots. Slots are made as expanding in direction of the outlet hole end. Slots are arranged along the helical line.

EFFECT: funnel improves the structure of condensed fibrous material, which helps to reduce semi-finished goods breakage at subsequent process transitions.
