FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: turbine using wind energy and ascending flow energy is installed on upper external part of the tube or near the above part or forms integral component of upper external part of the tube. Turbine includes current-inducing rotor containing a set of current-inducing constant magnets installed with possibility of being rotated relative to upper external tube part about the axis coinciding with the main tube axis; current-generating stator containing a set of windings distributed in circumferential direction about the tube and rigidly fixed on it, relative to which the above rotor is rotated. At least two rotor blades receiving the wind flow project outwards from external casing related to current-inducing rotor; at that, each of the above blades is movable at its perception of air flow moving relative to the above tube and corresponding at least to one flow chosen from the group consisting of ascending flow inside the tube; ascending flow about external tube surface; flow of prevailing wind.
EFFECT: use of invention will allow creating wind turbine capable of operating in wide range of climatic conditions.
