SUBSTANCE: unit includes pipe string and pump with shank. At least one packer is located on shank or outside the shank. Hydraulic channel or electric cable is connected at least by means of one control shutoff bypass device located in shank or outside the shank. Pump represents borehole electric pump or borehole rod pump. At least one packer is connected to hydraulic channel or to electric cable and installed above the pump with shank or below the pump with shank. According to the second version of the device, at least one packer has the possibility of performing the function of control shutoff bypass device. It can be located on the shank or outside the shank below or above the pump and is connected to hydraulic channel or to electric cable. In the unit the oil production and well operation optimisation is improved by increasing the control efficiency of oil production.
EFFECT: creating the conditions for direct flow rate measurements for each formation separately or for the well as a whole by means of simultaneous separate operation, including for alternate operation of several formations of one and the same well owing to operation with control shutoff bypass equipment, including shutoff bypass devices and packers.
