FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: hydraulic reusable packer includes mandrel, sealing element, channel or channels connected to hydraulic chamber, at least one hydraulic high pressure channel made in the form of tubular element of uniform or variable cross section and attached to movable and/or fixed elements of packer. Pump packer installation includes pump, at least one hydraulic reusable packer, high pressure delivery device connected by means of high pressure hydraulic channel to hydraulic reusable packer, which is located above pump receiving area or below pump receiving area. Operating method of pump packer installation involves lowering to the well of pump, pipe string, hydraulic reusable packer or hydraulic reusable packers; at that, pump receiving area is isolated from intervals of perforation and/or leakage with the above packer or packers and isolation is performed simultaneously or in turn at the specified time intervals.

EFFECT: invention provides for multiple use of hydraulic packer in the well, eliminates lowering and lifting operations, provides higher operating efficiency of well owing to controlling the pressure in real time mode in hydraulic channel, and reduces complexity and metal consumption of devices and achieving maximum mining capabilities.
