FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: transistor chopper made as per bridge circuit and containing both in upper and lower arm the transistor shunted with chain of in-series connected capacitors and diode, throttle semi-winding connected in series with transistor, bypass diode connected anti-parallel to transistor and auxiliary power supply and connected between opposite armatures of capacitors is equipped with additional diode connected in non-conducting direction relative to power source. Diode and transistor of each arm are connected in conducting direction relative to power source. Diodes of chains of upper and lower arms are connected to opposite power electrode of the corresponding transistors between which in-series connected semi-windings of throttle are connected. Throttle is equipped with additional winding connected to power supply through additional diode.
EFFECT: simplifying chopper cooling system.
