SUBSTANCE: method involves poultry management from one-day old on a bed in the poultry building. At the same time, the period of its management on the bed from one-day old is 2-4 weeks with rate of stocking of 28 birds/m², followed by growing on walking up to 6 weeks of age with a rate of stocking of 1 bird/m², with a feeding space 5.2-5.7 cm/bird and a drinking space 1.8-2.0 cm/bird at an air temperature not below 18°C.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in slaughter yield of grading of meat with high meat quality.
