FIELD: chicken breeding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the feeding of poultry, namely, to the feeding of broiler chickens. The method for increasing the productivity and quality of meat of broiler chickens includes a complete nutrient-balanced compound feed. At the same time, dihydroquercetin is additionally administered in an amount of 5-15 g/t of feed, with the exclusion of a feed antibiotic from it from the beginning of breeding to slaughter.
EFFECT: invention provides for the production of poultry meat without the use of a feed antibiotic, as well as an increase in the yield of the pectoral muscle and a reduction in fat in the edible part of the chicken carcass.
