FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a manufacturing technology of package of wearing apparels, providing the initial forming of separate sections and their subsequent mechanised filling with feather and down insulation. Design of wearing apparels package for mechanised filling with feather and down insulation consists of two parts, sewed together and quilted with horizontal lines in order to form sections in the line contour, sewed up after mechanical filling with feather and down insulation. Gaps between lines of quilting is not constant and is determined for each of n sections as a maximum value of the function fi(x), describing position of borders of the i-th section relative to the selected base border x of the interval │ai bi│, based on condition of equality of mass of feather and down insulation in different sections, which areas is derived in accordance with the formula where i is a section number, i=1,2,…,n; n is a number of sections after quilting for filling with the same mass of feather and down insulation; m (kg) is mass of feather and down insulation in section of a package; fi(x) is a function describing position of borders of the i-th section relative to the selected base border x of the interval │ai bi│; δsec (m) is weight-average thickness of the i-th section; ρsec (kg/m3) is weight-average density of feather and down insulation in the i-th section. The proposed construction of a package when using dispensing equipment, enables to avoid mistakes when filling out the feather and down insulation and increase the productivity of the process.
EFFECT: new design solution of package of wearing apparels for mechanised filling with feather and down insulation, increase productivity and reduce the cost of products while maintaining a given level of thermal protection.
