SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing clothing with non-cohesive insulation. The design of a package of special clothing with a non-cohesive insulation with increased resistance to deformation, which has the ability to maintain and restore the intended heat protection in conditions of increased wind load and in areas of constant compression of the package, has been developed. The proposed package contains a cover fabric, a back fabric and a non-cohesive insulation located between them, while the fastening of the cover and back fabric is carried out by means of the main horizontal bulkheads containing additional vertical bulkheads made of bulk glued non-woven material. Vertical bulkheads made of three-dimensional glued non-woven material are two-layer, containing three-dimensional reinforcing elements between the layers: an additional elastic element made of three-dimensional non-woven material located longitudinally, and are located at the seams of the vertical connection of clothing parts.
