Device includes electrodes, preliminary amplifier, high-frequency generator, amplitude modulator, modulation code generator, phase manipulator, power amplifier, transmitting antenna, receiving antenna, retuning unit, two frequency-change oscillators, two mixers, five intermediate frequency amplifiers, correlator 37, threshold units 7, 33 and 38, three microprocessors, two comparing units, memory units of lower and upper levels, three detectors, delay lines, seven switches, three amplitude limiters, three synchronous detectors, three phase detectors, three alarm signal shaping units, magnetic recorders, acoustic alarm units, signal bandwidth metre, bandwidth metre of the second harmonic, phase doubler and OR logic element.

EFFECT: application of this device will allow enlarging the range of working frequencies without enlarging the range of frequency retuning of frequency-change oscillators by using receiving image channels.
