FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates woodwork and may be used for production of bent glued components of furniture, sports appliances and the like articles. Proposed method comprises bending and gluing bars in template. Prior to bending 3 to 6 mm-thick bars are faced to miter at 45°. Then, bars are impregnated with glue at t=25-30°C and bent in external template to jointing of faces. Note here that miter orientation in the ring varies from outer to inner layer of the bar. Then, template with bent and glued bars is turned about axis of symmetry before glue crystallisation.
EFFECT: higher strength and bending resistance.
