FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: planks of the parquet block shaped from planks connected by glue joints are made of wood having the transverse sawing apart and linked between themselves by transverse joints with the formation of rows between which reinforcing racks are glued in. In this case the rack height is equal to the thickness of planks and that of the block. Grooves are made in the lateral face ends of the block. The method of manufacturing the parquet blocks using the sawing of logs apart into the fellings divisible by their lengths includes the felling processing and the rack shaping, the block composition with the following agglutination, the processing of the lateral face ends. The rack shaping is exercised by means of transverse sawing out of the fellings preliminarily calibrated in shape and glued with one another. The block composition is fulfilled by means of alternating of glued racks unfolded on the layer and the reinforcing racks with the simultaneous application of the binder on its edges.
