SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting mechanisms and may be used in mounting and repair of heavy large-size equipment Proposed device comprises hand-held hoist connected by cable with load.bearing structure. Load pickup is arranged between said hoist and said load-bearing structure and made up of two flat rigging clips mounted opposite each other. Flexible deformable constant- or variable-stiffness element is arranged between bottoms of said clips and furnished with cargo weight indicator. Said flexible element represents a hollow cylinder fitted on the shaft inserted between walls of one of said clips.
EFFECT: higher safety, compensation of overloads.
