SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and specifically to making foamed concrete. The crude mixture for making structural heat-insulating foamed concrete contains the following in wt %: portland cement 24.0-26.0; chalk 4.0-6.0; quartz sand 24.0-26.0; foaming agent Unipor 0.5-0.7; talc 14.0-16.0; superplasticiser C-3 0.5-1.3; water - the rest.
EFFECT: low cement consumption.
