SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cellular concrete, particularly foamed concrete. The crude mixture for making foamed concrete contains the following, wt %: portland cement 35.0 - 39.0, quartz sand 6.0 - 8.0, ground quartz sand with specific surface area of 4000-5000 cm²/g 21.07 - 25.69, air-entraining extraction-colophony resin 0.2 - 0.25, carboxymethyl cellulose 0.01 - 0.02, superplasticiser S-3 0.6 - 1.0, molasses 0.06 - 0.1, water 30.0 - 33.0.

EFFECT: high strength of articles made from the foamed concrete.
