FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: module of biological safety comprises tight box and gateway, communicated by means of a tight door and equipped with life support facilities, functionally and structurally mutually joined to each other, a glove box with a ventilation system with filters of fine air treatment and a pass box made as a closed tight chamber with tight doors. At the same time the glove box complies with BSC-III category, walls and a ceiling are made as double-layer panels with heat and sound insulation, besides, each layer of panels provides for tight volume of a module, joints between walls, ceiling and floor are tight, the box is equipped with an additional pass box with a separate exhaust ventilation system, locking mechanisms of doors are made with the possibility of locking in "closed" condition as any of them opens. In the ventilation system there are control and tight cut-off valves installed, the exhaust and supply devices in the box are arranged in diagonally opposite angles, and pressures pulled by ventilation in module premises, the glove box and pass boxes vary in steps, and their value is less than ambient pressure.

EFFECT: development of high protection of personnel and environment and compliance with requirements of normative documents on safety of operation with microorganisms of I-II groups of pathogenicity.
