FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: method of high viscous oil deposit development involves oxidiser injection through injection wells, initiation of in-situ combustion and extraction of products through production wells with horizontal wellbore in the bed sub-face. Injection well is positioned at least at 7-10 m distance from horizontal wellbore end of production well, and caving zone of injection well is positioned in lower part of production bed. Radial side channel is drilled from injection well towards horizontal wellbore of production well at the bed top. Additionally injection well is equipped with a pipe string with packer insulating annular space above caving zone. Heat carrier is injected through the pipe string, and oxidiser alternating with water is injected through annular space in proportions sufficient to maintain in situ combustion. If the temperature of product extracted from production well exceeds temperature limits, cold non-combustible gas, reagent is injected through the pipe string to decrease temperature.
EFFECT: increased oil production rate of a bed due to enhanced efficiency of high viscous oil displacement due to possible temperature control of product extracted from production well, and fluid flow direction control.
