SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises pre-drying in engine air inlet channel, air gas separation to enrich with oxygen with its subsequent ozonisation, and/or initiation of its decomposition to release elemental oxygen, and/or formation of negative ozonide-ion. Note here that, for synthesis of ozone and destruction in waste gas toxicity, barrier discharge is used and/or synthesis of additional oxidisers is performed for nitrogen dioxide and/or nitrogen tetra oxide, nitrous acid, nitric acid, and nitro compounds. Note that in engine fuel system and/or combustion chamber fuel ionisation is performed. Note also that to ensure fuel mono dispersion, engine chamber and duel particles are provided with unipolar charge.
EFFECT: higher power output and efficiency, reduced toxicity.
