ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F16K31/02 F16K1/12

Abstract RU 2439411 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic valve includes body with flow-through part, inlet and outlet connection pipes, movable control element in the form of a tube with a seat, sealing element, located on one axis, electromagnetic actuator, armature performing back-and-forth movement, and return spring. Armature is connected to control element by means of the mechanism formed with the slide connected to the armature on one side and to piston-rod on the other side, which is connected to crankshaft representing gear wheel or its part, forming engagement with teeth on the surface of control element, with possibility of movement of control element to sealing element and back. In addition to control element, the electromagnetic actuator, armature and return spring are separated from flow-through part of the valve body by means of disconnecting element.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of electromagnetic valve at control of working media flows with considerable content of impurities, including magnetic ones, and increasing its repairability.
