ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC F16K31/02 F16K1/12 F16K1/48

Abstract RU 2442056 C2

FIELD: armature engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to armature engineering and is intended to manage the flows of liquid and gaseous media in pipelines. Electromagnetic valve comprises a frame with running part, inlet and outlet sockets, movable control element in the form of a tube with a saddle, sealing element located on the same axis, electromagnetic actuator, reciprocating armature and return spring. Connection of the armature with the control element is made by successively linked wedge and one-arm lever with the possibility to move the control element to the sealing element and vice versa. The attachment point of the one arm lever with the wedge, electromagnetic drive, wedge, armature, return spring, besides the control element, are separated from the running part of the valve body through the disconnecting element.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the electromagnetic valve for the flow control works with a high content of foreign inclusions, including the magnetic ones, and at improving its maintainability.
