FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: burner (2) of gas turbine includes two igniting electrodes (7) with one point (12) each; at that, at application of igniting voltage between both igniting electrodes (7), sparkover occurs on their points; at that, igniting electrodes (7) are located on outer side of burner (2), which differs by the fact that protective element (8) projecting beyond outer side of burner (2) and beyond igniting electrodes (7) corresponds to igniting electrodes (7); at that, protective element (8) and igniting electrodes (7) are located at least at some distance from each other, which prevents the breakdown between them and protective element (8) when igniting voltage is applied to igniting electrodes. Protective element (8) is connected to outer side of burner (2). Protective element (8) envelopes igniting electrodes (7) which are at least partially covered as to length. Protective element (8) is U-shaped in cross section and fixed by open side on outer side of burner (2). Protective element (8) envelopes igniting electrodes (7) at least in front part near their points. Protective element (8) is formed at least with one rib. Rib passes parallel to igniting electrodes (7). At least one rib is located on both sides of igniting electrodes. Protective element (8) is made from stiff and impact-resistant material.
EFFECT: invention allows improving operating reliability of electrodes.
