SUBSTANCE: audiocoder for coding of an audio signal (8), comprising a pulse component and a stationary component, includes a selector of pulses (10), designed to extract a pulse component from an audio signal, comprising a pulse coder for coding of pulse components to generate coded pulse signals; a coder of signals (16), designed to code a difference signal extracted from an audio signal, to generate a coded difference signal (20), extracted from an audio signal so that a pulse component is reduced or removed from this audio signal; and an output interface (22), designed to release a coded pulse signal (12) and a coded difference signal (20) with generation of a coded signal (24). The pulse coder of pulses is configured so that it does not code a pulse signal in case when a pulse selector is not able to detect a pulse component of a signal.
EFFECT: improved efficiency and quality of sound coding.
