The formula envisages production of first grade bakery wheat flour and/or all-purpose wheat flour of M 75-23 type, bakery medium rye flour, pressed bakery yeast, fermented rye malt, culinary edible salt, sugar sand, dry defatted milk, starch syrup with addition of coriander, caraway, with or without dried plums.

EFFECT: invention allows to satisfy people's demand for bakery products of natural useful ingredients without addition of improving and preserving agents.
