SUBSTANCE: inventions refers to cosmetology, and represents a cosmetic antiperspirant 'oil-in-water' emulsion which is a macroemulsion, containing: a) 0.5 to 6.5 wt % of an oil or fat phase containing 0.1-2 wt % of propylene glycol-15 stearyl ether, b) at least 60 wt % of water, c) 0.00001 to 38 wt % of at least one cosmetic active agent specified in the said group with at least one active substance contained to block sweating, d) at least one polysaccharide in total 0.01 to 0.2 wt % specified in aluminium salts of starch octenylsuccinate derivatives, and distarch phosphates, e) at least one non-ionogenic emulsifier with HLB varying within 3 to 6 in total 1.8 to 3 wt % specified in Steareth-2, f) at least one non-ionogenic emulsifier with HLB varying within 12 to 18 in total 1 to 2 wt % specified from Steareth-21; all the amount results are related to total weight of the emulsion, while weights of the non-ionogenic emulsifiers with HLB varying within 3 to 6 are related to weights of the non-ionogenic emulsifiers with HLB varying within 12 to 18 as 0.9 to 3, in a preferential case as 1.3 to 1.9, and the 'oil-in-water' emulsion is free from monohydric alcohols with a carbon number value within one to three, such as ethanol or isopropanol.

EFFECT: invention provides storage stability with no oily skin sensation, and rapid drying.
