FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to treating infectious diseases, and can be used in treating patients with acute forms of viral hepatitis B and mixed hepatites (B+C, B+D, B+C+D). A method involves basic therapy consisting of a protected mode, diet No.5, plenty drink 2-3 l/day, drug-induced therapy including administration of polyvitamins, intravenous injections of 5% glucose, Ringer's solution 500-1000 ml/day with Riboxinum 5 ml, hemodesis or neo-hemodesis 200-400 ml/day, 10-20% albumin 50-100 ml/day. The basic therapy is added with a complex of drugs to suppress viral replication and inflammatory reaction of macrophages, specifically chloroquines cyclosporine A, heparin, novocaine, mexidol, ascorbic acid, a-tocopherol, unitiol, N-acetylcystein, retinol, sodium thiosulphate, vitamin D3.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing higher clinical effectiveness in patients with acute forms of viral hepatitis B and mixed hepatites (B+C, B+D, B+C+D).
