FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of wire gauzes used as conveyor belts in whatever industry. Proposed machine comprise bed, drive, control system with billet length measurement assembly, wire feed and straightening assembly, rod forming mechanism and rod cutting mechanism with stationary knife and moving knife fitted on slide to reciprocate therewith. Rod cutting mechanism is provided with three-cam camshaft allows bending rod cut ends and comprises mandrel clamping and extension assembly, cutting assembly and rod end bending assembly. Every aforesaid cam serves to drive one said assemblies.

EFFECT: automatic operation, higher quality of rods.
