SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, namely to vehicle door front light. Proposed light consists of glass rigidly attached to instrumentation panel. The latter comprises steering column and loop with horizontal rotational axis. Toothed sector is rigidly coupled with said body while its axle is aligned with loop axis. Spring-loaded retainer is arranged on said panel to displace axially thereon. Said toothed sector interacts with end tooth of aforesaid retainer.

EFFECT: easier entrance and exit for driver.
