SUBSTANCE: proposed coupling 100 of rolling stock with medium Wilson-type buffer coupling comprises coupling head 10 with two coupling face teeth 11, 12 and coupling jaw opening 13 arranged there between, and mechanism 50 to transfer draw forces between adapter coupling and screw coupling 80. Yoke 51 suspended to screw coupling draw hook 81 and draw force transfer mechanism are coupled via control section including lead screw with threaded rod 52 engaged, on one side, with the first slit nut 54 on draw yoke and, on the other side, with second slit nut 55 on coupling plane side at end section of draw force transfer mechanism. First slit nut is coupled via, preferably, horizontal pivot 56 with draw yoke while second slit nut is coupled (56) via, preferably, vertical pivot 57 with end section of draw force transfer mechanism.

EFFECT: simplified and faster coupling of cars.
