POLYURETHANEUREA AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC C08G18/12 C08G18/42 C08G18/48 C08G18/66

Abstract RU 2440376 C9

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: in one version, polyurethaneurea contains a product of reaction of: (A) at least one (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate prepolymer, having content of NCO groups from approximately 4 to approximately 50%, and average functionality from approximately 2 to approximately 3, which is a product of reaction of (1) at least one (cyclo)aliphatic polyisocyanate and (2) at least one organic compound which contains at least approximately two hydroxylic groups and has molecular weight from approximately 100 to approximately 4000; with (B) an isocyanate-reactive component containing: (1) one or more aromatic diamine compounds containing two primary aromatic amine groups and having molecular weight from approximately 100 to approximately 1000, (2) one or more isocyanate-reactive compounds containing two secondary amine groups and having molecular weight from approximately 100 to approximately 750, where the secondary amine groups are bonded to the (cyclo)aliphatic and/or aromatic groups; if necessary, in the presence of (C) one or more catalysts; where the ratio of the amount of (A) and (B) is such that the isocyanate index ranges from approximately 95 to approximately 110, the equivalent ratio of NCO to OH in the prepolymer ranges from approximately 2.25:1.0 to approximately 20.0:1.0, and the equivalent ratio of NH2 to NCO ranges from approximately 0.6:1.0 to approximately 0.95:1.0. In another version, polyurethaneurea, besides the above-mentioned components, contains B)(3) one or more compounds with hydroxyl functional groups, having functionality from approximately 2.0 to approximately 3.0 and molecular weight from approximately 100 to approximately 4000.

EFFECT: obtaining optically transparent solid lightfast polyurethaneurea which demonstrates very high shrink resistance at high temperature and does not have creep even in a lower hardness interval.
