FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: extrusion method to produce a double-wall cellular translucent sheet barrier of polymer material, in which extrusion of a transparent polymer via an outlet closed rectangular slot hole, comprising upper and lower long horizontal parts and two short vertical parts, is carried out with additional supply of a thick-flowing non-transparent polymer into a head of the main extruder from an auxiliary extruder via additional draw plates with identical shape of output holes and installed between inner faces of long upper and lower horizontal parts of the slot hole in the head of the main extruder to produce stiffening ribs in the form of flat-parallel layers with thickness K=(0.1÷0.3)·l of the non-transparent polymer at the angle α=(30÷45)° to the horizon at the distance n=(1÷2)·l from each other, where l is distance between upper and lower faces of a rectangular slot hole, equal to l=(10÷20) mm, to form a flat surface in areas of joined non-transparent flat-parallel layers with inner upper and lower faces of transparent barrier walls, at the same time speed of transparent polymer feeding via a closed rectangular slot hole and its temperature are equal to speed of non-transparent polymer feed via an output hole of draw plates and its temperature.
