FIELD: construction and transport, particularly building facing and window structures.

SUBSTANCE: extrusion method for sheet translucent enclosure production of polymeric material involves extruding transparent polymer via flat-slot orifice by additionally supply visco-fluid opaque polymer into main extrusion machine head through pipeline provided with distribution pipes, wherein the opaque polymer is delivered from additional extrusion machine through additional extrusion nozzles having outlet orifices of the same shape, connected to distribution pipes and installed in outlet flat-slot orifice of main extrusion machine head so that flat parallel opaque polymer layers with К=(0,05÷0,3)l thickness are embedded between transparent polymer layers. The polymer layers are inclined at J=(30÷45)° angles to horizon line and spaced apart a distance equal to h=(1÷2)l. Here l is inner thickness of flat-slot orifice, l=(8÷30) mm. Flat surfaces of parallel layers are spaced δ=(1.5÷4) mm from upper and lower flat surfaces of the enclosure formed by transparent polymer. Velocity of transparent polymer supplied via flat-slot orifice and temperature thereof are equal to that of opaque polymer supplied through outlet orifices of extrusion nozzles. Volumetric capacity Vad of additional extrusion machine adapted to supply opaque polymer is related to that of main one as Vad=n·Sout/(Ssl-n·Sout), m3/h, where n is number of extrusion nozzles, Sout is outlet extrusion nozzle orifice throat, m2, Ssl- flat-slot orifice throat, m2. The shaped strip is cooled up to solid state in two zones. Strip cooling rate in the first zone exceeds that in the second zone.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of sun protection.
