FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: wind-power plant comprises a system 1 of guide plates 2, which have aerodynamic shape. Guide plates 2 are installed along the circumference so that they form a ring, inside which there is a rotor 3. The rotor 3 is made of blades 4. Number of blades 4 must no be less than two, which are fixed on top and at the bottom with brackets 5. Upper and lower brackets 5 are accordingly rigidly connected to each other. Blades 4 of the rotor 3 are made as an asymmetric aerodynamic profile. The wind-driven generator comprises a wind-power plant 15, including a rotor 3.
EFFECT: simplified design of the plant with its higher efficiency, increased reliability of wind-power unit and wind-driven generator operation.
