FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: readings of telemetric information (TMI) are taken by on-board control system (OCS) for the convenience of the whole set of on-board equipment at the specified update interval, normalised and stored in OCS memory with further transmission of TMI to flight control centre (FCC) without using CU-OCS channel, packs of commands for switching on/off on-board equipment (OE) at the specified time intervals between commands are shaped and transmitted to OCS in advance, and later they are started with one radio command (RC) determining the issue time of the first command from the specified pack.
EFFECT: shortening the time required for obtaining telemetric information and reducing the loading of flight control centre - on-board control system and on-board control system - control unit channels for control of on-board equipment of space vehicles.
