SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of spacecraft control and ground control complex. To control spacecraft by flight control centre, operative control signal is received from onboard control system of spacecraft, processed with received signal, a feature of availability of emergency parameters in presence of a transit command for recording of telemetric information in a current communication session, transmitted in on-board control system of spacecraft, parameters monitoring information on central server data base of hardware and software complex flight control centre. Ground spacecraft control centre comprises flight control centre, command-measuring complexes, data transmission system, ballistic centre, system for collecting ballistic information centre GLONASS, synchronisation system and a single time planning system control means, control station system, control station payload, launching site, connected in a certain manner. Ground control centre comprises backup automated system for information maintenance for processing telemetric information.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of processing telemetric information for diagnosis of spacecraft onboard systems.
