FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to floatation, particularly to use of alkyltriamines during flotation benefication of silicate-containing minerals and ore. A compound of formula R-N-[A-NH2]2 (1), where R is a straight or branched alkyl or alkenyl group with 6-20 carbon atoms, A is an alkylene group with 2-4 carbon atoms, is used as an accumulator during silicate floatation. The invention also discloses a compound containing 1-99 wt% of an accumulator for silicate floatation, which is alkylether amine, alkylether diamine, alkylamine or a salt of a quaternary ammonium base, as well as 1-99 wt% of a compound of formula (1). A method for floatation of a silicate-containing mineral, where the silicate-containing mineral is brought into contact with at least one floatation agent of formula (1).
EFFECT: high efficiency of floatation.
