SUBSTANCE: in the method for assistance to a business operation a seller/an operator provides information related to an operation on a preferable language of the operator and in the preferred currency, a buyer is provided with information related to the operation in the preferred language of the buyer and in the preferred currency, the language and currency of the buyer differ from the language and currency of the operator, at the same time the language and the currency of the operator and the language and the currency of the buyer may be modified for each operation as a part of the operation. The language of the buyer and/or currency preferences may be received from a credit/debit card, a cell phone, a smart card or another portable memory device before or during the operation.
EFFECT: simplified performance of financial operations due to display of information in operator's and buyer's languages.
