FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to catalyzer carrier, catalysers based on it and their use. The described amorphic catalyzer carrier contains, at least: (I) silicon dioxide chosen of the group consisting of silica gel balls and diatom earth, (2) aluminium oxide, and (3) anions to the volume within 10% mas. of catalyzer carrier mass. The carrier includes aluminium oxide inserted into the silicon dioxide structure at the molecular level and where the aluminium oxide is present in tetrahedral arrangement according to 27A1-NMR analysis. The catalyzer containing aforementioned carrier and catalytic active component chosen of the group consisting of platinum, palladium, iridium, rhodium, gold, silver and their mixtures. Also the invention describes method of such carrier preparation. It includes (a) mixture of silica gel balls and diatom earth with non-water source of aluminium oxide and water of pH higher than 11 thus producing suspension, (b) optional flush of catalyzer carrier with water, (c) separation of carrier from water, (d) optional drying and/or calcinations of the catalyzer carrier. Also the invention describes the use of the mentioned catalyzer as a reduction reaction catalyzer, especially, hydrogenation reaction, and, more preferably, hydrogenation reaction of alkylantrahinon(s) to prepare hydrogen peroxide.
EFFECT: increase of cathalytic properties of catalyser on the basis of the carrier.
