FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of pneumatic transport, namely, to the devises for storage, unloading and transportation of cohesive granular materials. The feeder contains a vessel with a cone bottom and central discharge spout, connected with a jet apparatus. It also contains a perforated pipe, on the lower section of which a horizontal disk is firmly fixed. The perforated pipe is connected with a flexible pipe through a regulated valve with a compressed gas source and fixed on the upper wall through compression buffer with the possibility of circular movement angle-wise. The angle is limited by the buffer rigidity, around its vertical axis along the trajectory of a cone-shaped lead. A hollow disk, able to move around its axis, with a bridge braking shaft is additionally fixed on the lower edge of the perforated pipe. The hollow disk is equipped with two air bleeds, opposing one another, placed at a tangent to its outer circumference. Gas pressure triggering its circulation, is brought to the disk through the stated pipe.
EFFECT: increase of effectiveness of granural material unloading.
