SUBSTANCE: feeding hopper has cover formed as hermetically sealed hood defined by frames fixed on upper part of hooper housing and provided with resilient thermal insulator with window for charging mechanism. Hopper housing has square section and is provided with level meter in the form of protective shield and chord extending along shield perimeter and provided with openings for receiving frames, thermal insulator and protective shield. Front gravity of hopper bottom has vertical part extending along a portion of bottom. Bottom hatch has trapezium-shaped section in plan and is expanding from rear wall to front wall.
