SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of postal service, warehousing and it can be used in automated unloading of cargo being similar to a parallelepiped by form. A method of unloading packaged cargoes from the container is implemented by means of a device consisting of a vertical bedplate, to which right and left inclined spiral chutes are fixed steadily symmetrically from the inner sides, as well as of a branch conveyor, control system and manipulating robot. While implementing the method, the container being outloaded is set up so as for the container housing to be situated in front of the bedplate between its vertical sides, the inner container volume is divided by the left and right coverage areas, the cargo from the left area is transferred and released on the left release are, and the cargo from the lower area is transferred and released on the branch conveyor. In advance estimates ate made and movement patterns of the robot arm are recorded and the patterns recorded are used for robot steering.
EFFECT: productivity enhancement while unloading cargoes from the container.
